6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are already included in the product price.
6.2. Production Time
Each product is made on demand, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the capacity of your order.
6.3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination. Delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control (e.g., customs, shipping carrier delays).
6.4. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. In the event of delivery issues, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery window has passed.
7. Cancellations, Modifications, and Non-Returnable Products
7.1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the unique and made-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns are not permitted unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Please carefully review your order details, including color and size, before making a purchase.
7.2. Cancellation
You may not cancel your order after it has been placed, as production begins immediately for made-on-demand products.
If you notice an error in your order details, contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist you, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
7.3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide details and images of the defect or error, and we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
