[FAQ]

("ARE THE PIECES MADE-ON-DEMAND OR READY TO SHIP?")

// Most &TIMELESS pieces are made-on-demand. We craft each item individually within 2-3 weeks — to ensure uniqueness and glitch fidelity. Timing may vary based on the complexity of your order.

("WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?")

// The structure, shape, and pattern of the garment stay exactly the same as shown in the photos — what may differ slightly is the bleached print. Because we use a hand-applied reverse bleaching technique, the way the color fades or spreads is always unique. You’ll receive the same design, just with a one-of-a-kind print.

("HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?")

// Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If it glitches, contact us directly.

("DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?")

// Not at the moment. We currently ship only within our domestic region, but we’re working on expanding international shipping soon.

("CAN I PRE-ORDER SOMETHING THAT’S NOT LIVE YET?")

// Yes — contact us directly. Some pieces live in the code before they hit the store. We might open early portals for you.

("WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?")

// Due to the custom-built nature of our garments, we currently do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Each error is intentional — but we’ll fix real ones.

("HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?")

// Each product page includes fit info and recommendations. Most pieces are designed with a relaxed/adjustable structure. Still unsure? Message us.

("ARE YOUR MATERIALS SUSTAINABLE?")

// We work primarily with deadstock fabrics, upcycled denim, and low-waste techniques. Each item is crafted with intention, not overproduction.

("DO YOU ACCEPT COLLABORATIONS OR STYLIST REQUESTS?")

// Absolutely. Whether you’re a stylist, photographer, or digital creator — slide into our inbox with your vision. We’re always open to new glitches.

("HOW DO I LEARN MORE ABOUT THE BRAND, TECHNIQUES, OR CONCEPT?")

// Explore our blog sector — where we dive into our process, materials, and the philosophy behind the glitch.
